LaNeé Griffin is an Executive Producer, Format Specialist, Series Creator, and Showrunner with a formal education in television and film production. Griffin has worked in various divisions of entertainment for over a decade, from development and production to serving as a television executive for major networks and studios. Her dynamic catalog includes over 500 hours of television, including international formats and EMMY award-winning programs. With a skilled background in development, she has developed and consulted for talent such as Cardi B., Channing Tatum, Octavia Spencer, John Legend, Megan Thee Stallion, P.Diddy, Ciara, Sean Hayes, Marlon Wayans, Jennifer Lopez, Adam Levine, Wanda Sykes, Nick Cannon, and many more!
